Dining aboard a gulet is a highlight of
the entire tour. Turkish fare ranks along with French and
Chinese as the worlds’ three most important cuisines; it is
healthy, immaculately fresh and well suited to vegetarian
tastes. On the morning of your departure our shore agent and
chef visit our butcher, fishmonger and greengrocer and
select the choicest and freshest products available; then it
is onto a conventional supermarket for all the other items
required to produce possibly the finest series of meals
which you will have ever enjoyed.
Breakfast consists of a variety of
cheeses, sliced cucumber and tomatoes, olives of every
variety, breads and preserves, beef sausages, ripe melon and
egg dishes, along with tea, coffee and juices.
Lunch presents a varied fare of vegetable
dishes, zucchini fritters, pastas, pilafs, salads of every
combination, followed by a fruit desert. Later, an afternoon
tea will be served along with sweet and savory pastries.
Dinner will vary between the freshest
fish, lamb, beef or chicken. The same dinner will include a
host of vegetable dishes followed by a platter of the
freshest fruits available.
We source the freshest products and
select to the highest standards; you will find that our
cuisine is among the best available for charter. All three
of our crew are trained as chefs and will deliver beyond
your wildest expectations.
